add a button allowing for instant access between Imaging and CRM from any page.
Currently, getting to and from Imaging and CRM requires too many clicks. It would be nice to instantly access imaging from any page in CRM, and vice versa.

RedTail Imaging - Move Option on a Document
RedTail Imaging "Move Document" Feature, new 2024 way is not user friendly.
The previous Imaging folder system that had been in place, had the "Move Document" feature more user friendly as once you selected to move a document, the ENTIRE list of folders available would populate.
Now though, you have to wait for each page of about 20 folders to load. If your office has multiple file folders, and you need to move a file into an "S" titled folder, you have to cycle through too many times to get to the bottom of your folder queue, and it's massively…

Redtail Imaging
Can you please add a Contacts A-Z search option at the top of Redtail Imaging? A similar search to that of the CRM where the alphabet is at the top of the page and you can go to the client folders via last name versus scrolling down the entire list.

Being able to adjust zoom in Imaging
In Redtail Imaging, you can only zoom by using the browsers adjustments,. Can we please add the ability to zoom in/out of an image without it getting distorted?

Multi Select Move Tool in Redtail Imaging
It would be nice to move multiple folders at once in Imaging instead of clicking each individual folder, waiting for the list to load and then move that one folder. Would cut down a lot of time.

Move documents in imaging to other folders in bulk
its a PIA if I have 20 documents I need to move to a new folder. Why cant we have an option to move in bulk, just like we can delete in bulk

Increased RedTail Imaging Storage Display
Our business has recently closed in on 10GB worth of data on RedTail Imaging. I asked for our capacity to be increased to 20GB and was told it was added to our bill. While we do have the extra storage now, it is NOT reflected on the data chart in RedTail Imaging. I've asked two reps now why has it not been updated and their response is quite disappointing as it is simply "not available" in the system. How does a technology company not have something that basic? So now How am I to know when our storage capacity is…

In Redtail Imaging, add the ability to edit a document directly within Redtail Imaging.
Instead of first downloading a file, working on it, then re-uploading it. Would be nice if (like in dropbox) user could just open it in Imaging (or Retreiver) and have it launch in the appropriate application (word, excel, ppt etc) and then 'save' back to Imaging directly.

Imaging - Streamline Log in Process
Currently, users need to log into Redtail CRM, then navigate to the Puzzle icon, then scroll down to Redtail Imaging, then click Visit Site, then on a new window, click Login, then scroll down to New Imaging, then enter credentials, and then get a verification code before we can access our Imaging files. This is very cumbersome. Can you please make Imaging available as a left side bar item similar to "Today" or Calendar?" Or at the very least, as a button to click on once that takes you directly to the login screen?

In Redtail Imaging .. allow users to add a common folder to all records. For example, add a folder "Duty of Care" to all records in redtail imaging to easily store the form

Checking for duplicates in "New Imaging"
In the old "Retriever for imaging" we used to be able to upload an entire folder tree (and its contents) and "Retriever" would check the existing folder tree on your side for duplicates and ONLY upload NEW ITEMS within a folder. Can you please make that upgrade in "New Imaging". We find it incredibly cumbersome and really impossible to remember which files we need to upload per each client, per each client folder. The computer used to do all the comparative work for us and only upload what was new. That was fantastic! Thanks for your consideration!!!

Redtail Imaging integration with Windows file explorer
Using Redtail Imaging or CRM Documents requires the user to upload a document. This process is easy, but it does require an additional step. Currently when a document is created for a client it then must be scanned and saved to a "local" destination and then uploaded to the respective Redtail location. If a document is downloaded the same procedure is required: download to a local destination and then upload it to Redtail. Since both Imaging and CRM Documents are cloud storage like OneDrive or Google Drive it would streamline the process of getting documents into the client's profile if…

zoom feature
The ability to zoom in on a document (similar to Adobe Reader) from within the Imaging viewer window. For example, when you click on a PDF in Imaging, it pops up page one of the document as a preview, but without downloading the document from Imaging zoom in on the page. Sometimes the text is too small to read or not clear.

Imaging - Extend Screen Time Out
Can you please add an option to extend the log in screen from appearing after only 90 minutes in the new imaging? I have mine set to 90 minutes, but it routinely times out after much less than that, which means I am constantly needing to log back in with my password, and then the text verification. This is very wasteful of time. I would prefer an option to turn it off completely as I log off of everything and clear my cache daily anyway. There is no security risk of someone in my home seeing these files and it…

4 suggestions to improve Imaging
While I generally like the new Imaging, I have some complaints. 1. I would like the folders in each clients account to be alphabetical, lower, upper case not withstanding.
2. When I go back to the home page, I would like the list to be where I had left off. Now it goes back to the top of the client list and I have to scroll through every name to get to the person I needed. Before it would go back to the part of the alphabet where I had been before.

love the new Redtail imaging and all the features. Light years better than the last version. I would just like to suggest small features that I think will make a huge difference. Right now, the icons to scroll through pages in a doc, are located at the bottom of the screen, so you have to scroll down for every page. Can we have those arrows moved to the middle of the page so you can access the buttons no matter what you are on the page. Also, is it possible to have zoom-in or out buttons?
