correctly report the amount of GB used/remaining under "statistics for all images"
In reference to "Statistics for all images", your information box on the home page of imaging: you are not correctly reporting how many GB are left or have been used in imaging. It's almost like false advertisement! I purchased extra storage based on the fact that it appeared we had no more storage left, only to find out after NUMEROUS conversations, that what you are reporting is completely inaccurate. This is extremely frustrating. When I called Redtail to get a better understanding at my end, I was getting different answers (or only half answers) from your service team until I spoke with someone today who told me the statistics box is not correct. Please fix this feature or remove it completely as it serves no purpose at this time. Thank

Once you hit 10gb in Imaging, it never shows you the updated amount even though you can purchase more. Please update the system to reflect current usage, not just stop at 10gb.

Currently, the storage allocation graph on RedTail imaging only shows 10gb. So for firms like myself with over 50gb of storage, I've shown full since pretty much the day I started using RedTail imaging. This also causes a great amount of confusion around the entire firm as people are constantly asking why we are full and when it will be fixed.
This graph should reflect the actual GB of each database.

Because you are not correctly reporting how many GB are left or have been used in imaging, it's like false advertisement! I purchased extra storage based on the fact that it appeared we had no more storage left, only to find out after NUMEROUS conversations, that the little red wheel is completely inaccurate. This was extremely frustrating because I was getting different answers or only half answers from your service team until I spoke with Laura today who seemed to make some sense. Please fix this feature or remove it completely as it serves no purpose at this time. Thank you!
