  2. Ability to edit font in every redtail application i.e. templates, workflows, notes, tasks etc.

    Was there ever any discussion on this? The font capabilities in Redtail are from the 90s. I am yet to see a suggestion make it past the voting stage.

    This would be a great way to share videos with clients. We have wondered how to do this for some time now, and are told the best option is to send a link to the video.
