Add general folders to multiple client folders, without having to go into each folder.
When you have a lot of client folders in Imaging and you would like to add a folder saying "notes" into all the folders, it is very difficult and time consuming to go into each individual folder and add the general folder. I would be much easier and faster if you could create the general folder and select the client folders you would like to add it to.
This suggestion is either not possible or not planned at the current time. Technology changes all the time though!

It would also be nice to be able to add folders to all clients who do not currently have that folder. And be prompted "add folder to Name again" so I can either click yes or no but it will add to everyone who does not already have that folder.

We save quarterly reports by year for our clients. It would be a huge time-saver to create the new yearly folders for every client with one step.

I hope after all this time you figured out you should be putting your notes in CRM and not necessarily imaging. I can understand saving and important email or something, but CRM is what notes are for.
