allow pdf files to be opened directly from Retriever for Imaging. Imaging and CRM are often too slow but old Retriever open quickly

This suggestion is either not possible or not planned at the current time. Technology changes all the time though!

That is why I name them appropriately so I can find them easily! It's just a matter of being consistent with your naming of files and you should not have any problems.

It would be helpful to see a thumbnail or preview of the downloaded file. Naming is not always accurate and sometimes there are multiple files in a client folder. It takes a loooooong time to open multiple files trying to locate a document
