We need to have the ability to do a password reset on our emails without having to make a phone call to Redtail. If a person gets locked out of their email in a non-business hour or weekend, they need to wait until business hours to call Redtail support to reset their password. They also need to wait on hold until someone at Redtail answers (this can be long sometimes). If Redtail is concerned about security issues, then please add security questions or some other type of security feature. This is not rocket science. Just about every other website/company has the option "forgot password" on their login screen, I don't know why Redtail is lagging in their technology features. With this day and age of technology, we should not need to make a telephone call to reset a password.
