  1. Password Reset on the Login Screen

    We need to have the ability to do a password reset on our emails without having to make a phone call to Redtail. If a person gets locked out of their email in a non-business hour or weekend, they need to wait until business hours to call Redtail support to reset their password. They also need to wait on hold until someone at Redtail answers (this can be long sometimes).
