  1. Make the sub-Contact lists "movable"...especially Memberships

    I am constantly going into Memberships and would like to be able to get to it a little quicker than having to go to "more" and then drop down the list. The ability to rearrange those Contact choices would be great.

  2. Please add a field for the County.

    Please add a field for the County.
    We currently have to put it in the "Long Description" field so the information is there but doesn't print on labels. It would be nice if there was a field for it that would show on the Contact Card.

  4. When adding a new contact for a husband and a wife, more then just the address & phone # should be added for the spouse

    All the fields should be defaulted to copy the first entry, The permissions, tags,teams, status, category, source. Referred by, servicing advisor, writing advisors. etc. Why do these fields not auto-populated from the spouse?

  6. employment history

    It would be helpful to have a feature for past employment history, where we can search by a contact and find out all the places he/she worked at in the past (kind of like LInkedin), and vice versa -- be able to look at a business and see who used to work there. The memberships field is not very helpful in this regard because it quickly gets cluttered. Say there is a firm of 20 current employees and 20 past employees -- that's 40 records I would need to look through for that firm to find whom I need. Thank…

  7. Add tab for "Professional" on main Contact record

    On a client's main Contact record, below the Activities and Notes, there is a section with tabs for Keywords & Tags, UDFs, Finacials, etc. This section should include the Professional section, but it does not. To access the Professional section, you have to click into Know Your Client, then Professional.

    Please add a tab for the Professional section on the main page, next to all the other sections.

  8. multiple contact status and categories

    It would be great if we could select multiple status and categories for contact records. For instance, we have business relationship - Active for a Contact Status. I would like to be able to select more than one Category, for instance COI and Vendor.

  9. Ability to Print the Contact Card

    We bring up the contact card on the screen by clicking on the little icon of the contact card. I want to be able to print that to take it with me into a client meeting or when I am traveling to the client. If I am just looking at othat information while sitting at my desk, I don't need to click on the icon for contact card. The info is right on the screen. The reason for clicking on the icon is to isolate that information from the rest of the screen. That is usually when I am either…

  10. Required Minimum Distribution

    I would like to see Redtail Create a Required Minimum Distribution tab. This tab could have fields for each IRA that a client has and the advisor office can be fill in. In addition field for the Factor needed to calculate the RMD could be entered for the calculation to take place. It would also be nice if it would keep the records from year to year and if a detail section could be typed into for when the distributions where taken and how much were Qualified Charitable distributions etc.

  12. Create a spot on the client contact screen to blotter checks received.

    It would be handy for compliance purposes and commission reconciliation to have a report of checks received per month/per advisor.

  13. add a marital status

    I would like to add "Minor" as a Marital Status option for dependent clients with accounts linked to parents or grandparents. In addition to the additional status, I would like a notification when the minor reaches age of majority so their Marital Status can be changed to "Single" or whatever the case may be.

  14. Hide contact records that belong to former clients who have closed all accounts

    Currently, all contact records are pushed to Redtail CRM even after the client is no longer with your firm. That means that advisors must constantly see the names of clients who have unfortunately either closed all their accounts, moved to another firm, or passed away. All these closed-account and deceased contact records really clog up the contact list. I would like to be able to permanently hide these entries.

  16. Riskalyze on frist page of contact record

    Is is possible to move the client's risk number to the main contact page? For those of us that pay for this product, it would be nice to not have it burried in "accounts", the burried in the riskalyze logo. If you are going to have an integration with Riskalyze, and a tight one as it appears from all the joint webinars, this should be a feature that should be front and center in a location advisors can use. No one goes to page 2 of a google search, this should be no different

  17. Important Information

    This box houses tons of "important" client info. But the edit box that opens up is too small. Please make the edit box the same size as the Impt Info non-editing box. Additionally, we need a print option for this. It seems like unnecessary steps to make us copy and paste the info to a word document just to print this... There are already too many clicks to navigate through Tailwag.

  18. create employment checkbox

    Create a check box for employment status with options for full time, part time, unemployed, student, homemaker, etc. When a client retires we still like to keep their prior position and employer listed in the contact box for record-keeping purposes, but would like a way to indicate they are retired.

    It would be great to have an "Important Information" added to the Reports under Common Tasks. There are times that we want to print out the Important Info for a client review, but have to copy and past.

  20. professional contact

    On the Contact Page, you have provided a window with quick access to the Know Your Client Info, but it's missing one choice. You have Client Review, Financials, Important Info, Misc Client Info. Next it should say Professional and you'd be able to access this quickly from the primary contact page.
