Give us a link we can send a new contact to input their OWN data into RT. Right now, we send aform to them to fill out contact info - they manually type it out and send it back to us. Then we manually input it into RT. Why not just do the inputs once and have them populate their own profile. It's 2023, this should be easy to do.

Employer Field - Add dropdown feature to list Employers the user can select from
Our office has dozens of group retirement plans. When adding a new employee contact record, we want our office associates to select from a list of employers. Currently the Employer Field is open to any text allowing office associates to enter employer any which way. For example. IBM may be listed as IBM or International Business Machines or Intl Bus Machines. Because we use the employer field in creating quick lists, it is not useful if the employer field is not entered consistently. This is why I suggest a dropdown. The ability to remove the PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form.
Allow the ability to remove the newly added PERSONAL PRONOUNS field in the Personal Profile form. This is embarrassing to our office.

Be able to change a contact ROLE, while not a database admin
For some reason, we are not able to edit a contact's roles (ie, advisor etc) once they're an established contact, unless the user is a database admin. Please change it so anybody can change the role of an existing contact.

RMD Information/Log
Please create a RMD information tab in the left side panel similar to the UDF, Notes and activates fields. We need a section where we can track all RMDs per year and if they were satisfied. RMD accounts can be satisfied in one account of across multi accounts so we need the ability to customize data and take notes and track if the RMD is completed for the year. We need the RMD data to stand separate from accounts section since we don't enter acct info in redtail. Currently we enter RMD instructions in the UDF, but we need a…

Movable and Customizable "Tiles" on contacts page
Movable and Customizable "Tiles" on contacts page.
In my case, we'd like to add "soft" profile notes such as "Client retired in 2019, likes to play golf, has a cabin in Flagstaff, daughter is a doctor in NYC, is an Arizona Cardinals fan" etc.
Currently, we are putting it in "Important Information" but would like the "Important Information pinned directly under the Basic Info of the client.

New Contact ID Fields
Love the addition of the new ID field, but can it be moved lower on the Contact Details section? Perhaps under the "Added By" field? And re-titled "ContactID" or "Redtail ID" to make it less confusing?

rearrange and/or hide ID in contact details
You've recently added "ID" to the top and most visible spot on the Contact Details field. It would be nice if this field were optional. We've been using RT for 14 years and have never needed the ID number, so it's placement at the top of the field makes it now harder to see the information we do need. Thanks for your consideration.

Would like the option for Custom Reports to be a pdf or the option to add sections to the Personal Profile Form to use in client reviews.

client ID
It would be helpful if each client's unique Redtail auto-assigned ID number was auto-populated as part of their contact record. This could be used as a unique identifier with other outside integrations such as Hubspot

Employer Information Feed into Client Contact area
Employer information should feed to the client contact area. This would take out the added step of navigating to the employer record to view this information, and manually update any contact card information on the contact that lists the employer address/phone number.

We have mailing addresses for each client. Please make it possible to run labels for this address rather than the default home address.

Delete Warning
Please consider adding a WARNING pop-up window with "confirm action" related to deleting contacts or accounts!
Example: while recently experimenting with TAG GROUPS, I created a test group and added a client.
Clicking then, on View Members, He was there, and I thought great. Except he was a test member. Wanting to remove him from the Tag Group, from the list view I then clicked on the down arrow in front of his name and scrolled down to DELETE (which I would have assumed meant FROM THE LIST)

Track Who "Booked" the Client on Contact Card
We track who initially booked and scheduled prospects through Opportunities, and we also track go forward. Can we add a line on the contact card, so that we can see this front of view vs having to click into the OT?
