How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Update Laserapp Integration: Port maiden name and other applicable fields

    Please allow for the maiden name to port over from Redtail to Laserapp forms... along with other fields as applicable. I've noticed the occupation field in the "basic" section of the contact record does not correlate with the occupation field in the "know your client" area and it will not port over to Laserapp appropriately.

  2. Make the precisefp integration a single on

    like you do eMoney and MGP. That way we can launch precisefp within redtail.

  5. work to add Equity Trust and Equity Institutional (Self Directed IRAs) to the custodian list.

    We are an independent Financial Advising Firm. We have a few dozen clients that have self directed IRAs. We would like to see the ability to have the account data show up in Redtail. We really like the way TradePMR (our main custodian) links in, so we would love to see the same thing with Equity Trust/Equity Institutional.
