  2. Outlook, Calendar, Email...One CRM?

    Dear Redtail,

    I'm likely going to have to break up with you. We have only been together for a few months, but I don't feel heard or understood. When we first started together, I was over the moon with opportunity and what was possible. Everything you shared in the marketing lead me to believe that my calendar and email would sync with outlook in a way that I could focus my attention on having my CRM/Redtail be my primary access point for everything in my company.   3. Integrate with Lacerte to pull in "Client Status".

    We are a tax office as well as investment advisors. Integrations that would be awesome include:
    Lacerte - for the Client Status, eFile Status and ESign status.
    SmartVault - to be directly connected
    SmartWaiver - to pull in signed waivers by email

  4. Remove Team Members from Speak Conversations

    I would love to have the ability to remove team members from a Speak conversation rather than having them leave the conversation.

  6. Orion planning

    For Orion Planning, when you create a contact or import from Redtail, there should be an option to bundle more than one questionnaire for the client to fill out when they get set up.

  7. multiple integrate

    It would be awesome if we could do a mass integration to our broker-dealer website, AdviceWorks. Right now we have to integrate one contact record at a time.

  8. adobe

    CRM - Adobe Integrations
    I would love for the CRM to be integrated with Adobe Acrobat for quickly filling out forms. Quik! forms is not as user friendly as Adobe so would be nice to have that capability!

  9. Zapier Integration to add a note and to complete activites

    Zapier's integrations are super helpful - although being able to add a note would be amazing as well as complete an activity.

  10. AgencyBloc / AMS+ Integration

    People often have Agencybloc on the insurance side of their firm and it would be great if we could integrate with Redtail

  11. 3cx voip integration

    Can we add more VOIP approved integrations? we currently use 3CX phone systems and they are not on the approved list and therefore not compatible with Redtail for integration.

  12. ipipeline integration

    Please look into a iPipeline integration for advisors who use a brokerage general agency for many carriers and can see their book of business in ipipeline. It would be great to merge that data into their contact records

  15. Zapier Integration Update

    Zapier Integration Update Recommendation -

    It would be great if one of the Trigger items between Zapier and Redtail was "Add Note." I regularly upload meeting summaries downloaded from my meeting transcript software and would like to create a Zap to pull the summary into Sharepoint for analysis by CoPilot to create and assign the follow up tasks as well as create the first draft of my next client meeting agenda.

  16. removal of Orion Planning from single sign on menu

    Enable the ability to remove Orion Planning as a selection on our single sign on menu. That selection appeared recently. I do not believe we did anything to cause that to occur. That product is turned OFF on our Integrations page. I do not want to enable use of that product at our firm.

  17. Zapier Capabilities Limited Due to Omission of Important Data Being Sent

    Many of the gaps in Redtail's abilities could be achieved through Zapier, but there are critically important pieces of information that are not being passed to the Zaps. I've outlined a few of the most important pieces of information that would unlock a lot of functionality through Zapier.

    Triggers:
    -All should have information about linked contacts. At a minimum, client name and client ID should be available.
    -Workflow triggers should have a workflow ID to identify which workflow the task is part of (it is currently just a task ID so you can't track what specific workflow or client it…

  18. feed updating

    I just learned that when you Integrate your data from another vendor like Albridge the updating and contact creation is only once at the start of the process. It would be extremely helpful if this is a dynamic process so that anytime I open a new account or add clients RedTail will automatically create the contact as well as any changes I update to the client in Albridge they update in RedTail

  19. SNAPMobile VOIP Integration

    We currently have our VOIP hosted through Access Systems and they use SNAPMobile for their VOIP system. It would be nice to be able to have access to the phone feature within Redtail with a product we already use.

  20. Retriever/Once Hub Calendar - no manual entry of reschedules/changes

    It is not time efficient to manually enter a reschedule or change in Redtail that has been made by a client or advisor for an appointment in Once Hub. All items, whether a new appointment, change, or reschedule should also be reflected in Redtail. If needed for this to happen, manually deleting the original appointment in Redtail is a one click and acceptable.
