Keap/Infusionsoft direct integration
Zapier integration is so limited with Keap (FKA Infusionsoft) and Redtail. I would love a full integration between the two, a push/pull capability. Right now, I'd have to train my whole team on how Keap works, plus have them do some actions in Keap, others in Infusionsoft - it's messy. I'd rather they have the capability to add information in Redtail, where they already are logged in all day, and add a contact to a tag group, keyword, UDF, and have that action push to Keap to start/stop campaigns, etc. Zapier is only allowing us to push data FROM keap…

Integration with Holistiplan would be great for know your client, tax rate information, marginal taxes, income, AGI and more

Orion reports requested in Redtail
When in a contact's accounts on the Orion tab & a report is needed the contact/account information has to be re-keyed in. It would be a nice time saver if the fields would fill with the contact/account information.

Orion Household Linking for Spouses
Currently, a contact in RedTail links to the Orion household with matching Tax ID. This is great, except when I try to link spouses to the household. Currently, the spouse would have a separate household. This is not practical since most couples want their assets together. Please look into the additional household members Tax ID being picked up for linking households in addition to the main Tax ID - or maybe there is a way to manually select a household to link a contact to.

Pull "Proactive Surveillance" date from LPL ClientWorks
Redtail should be able to pull LPL's "Proactive Surveillance" dates from ClientWorks into the "Know Your Customer" fields in Redtail.

LPL uses OnceHub
LPL uses OnceHub for linked calendar booking. It would be nice to have it integrated to RedTail. OnceHub only has Salesforce and InfusionSoft currently.

It would be very helpful if the integration with Precisefp also mapped the Know Your Client fields. This would allow us to send a digital Know Your Client form via Precisefp where the client could update or confirm the information.

Please create a Redtail Speak extension for Chrome, so when we are not in Redtail Speak, we can still see new messages.

export a shared address to LaserApp
LaserApp - export a shared address to LaserApp - currently if the spouse or non-head of household is exported to LaserApp and a shared address is populated in the Spouse address it is not exported to LaserApp. If it the Primary Address it should update LaserApp whether it is a shared address or not. If there is an old address in LaserApp it populates the form with the wrong address - VERY BAD.

Provide an option to REMOVE THE AUM from dashboard
I LOVE the AUM on the dashboard. It was great to see it grow over time. However, now I've switched BDs to Commonwealth and no longer have access to Albridge data. My feed will no longer update. For all the reasons it is cool to see your AUM it very much sucks to see a goose egg at every log on. Seriously, this could eventually be a deal breaker for us, Redtail.

Transparency with Redtail Integrations
Would like to know what information is actually being shared with integration partners in API.
Would like to know potential exposure before synching data with a company that we barley know anything about! The more integrations the higher the chance our client PII data can be exposed.3 votes -
Phone call Relaying/Forwarding integration
Something I LOVED on a previous CRM was the ability to click the phone number, and it would call your phone, you answered, and it would call that client for you through the phone system (it didn't matter what phone system you used, so individual app integration didn't matter, it just called your phone number to make the call for you). So much easier and faster than dialing the number, and creating a new event/note that I made a call to that person that day. It automatically logged that call and I could add notes.

default accounts tab with orion
When clicking on the account tab with the Orion integration can it be that we choose which account view we want - Orion or Redtail?

My Rep Chat Note Categories
Currently MyRepChat integration notes import with no category, making it impossible to pull any kind of report on these from the client level. The integration should either autofill the category to the default Redtail note category, or include a feature allowing the user to select a note category for MyRepChat integration.

Email Sequencing Workaround for FMG Integration
I am using FMG suite for email marketing and Redtail CRM for my contacts. Since we are a small RIA, sales force does not make sense for us. I image a lot of Redtail users feel the same. That being said, email sequencing is still important so that we are not sending email communications to people who are not engaging with us (and spamming them).

Ring central
It would be great to have an integration so that when my Ringcentral line rings with a client's number (it would have to be the one in Redtail obviously) their account information would pop up, rather than having to search for them.
