Newest messages received show up at the top, like every chat application made
When a new message comes in move that contact to the top. As it is now you may never see the notification as it may be way down the list of clients that are below the fold. We keep missing when people text me!

Reduce screen real-estate from SPEAK
The margin size of SPEAK to right of my screen is too wide relative to the info displayed within and relative to my RT calendar. Please reduce width of SPEAK screen when opened or allow the use to grab and slide own preference.

Please add the ability to turn on "out of office" text to clients.
We are concerned clients might text on a weekend or in the evening and expect a response, so we would like the ability to have a automatic message sent to all incoming texts that we can have a message that to tell the client when they can expect a response.

Speak Notification needs a sound or blinking favicon
Add a sound to the Speak notifications or maybe a blinking Favicon when at a computer, otherwise it's not much of a notification.I need something to catch my attention.

ability to text message multiple clients from CRM
for times when email won't reach everyone quickly or at all due to spam filters, it would be great to be able to text multiple clients from the CRM. we have this feature on our soccer database at www.gotsoccer.com and it makes it easy to send emails and texts
