Speak - Ability to connect as a Team in contact speak rooms rather than only individuals
The ability/option to choose to join a Speak chat as an individual user or a team, so that the entire team can talk to a contact without needing to add each person separately and spamming the text with things like John Doe has joined this chat group.
Our current problem is that we don't want to spam the client with text messages from multiple employees joining a chat group however if the main person who texts contacts is out of the office, other people in the office have no way to know when a contact messages us.
Thank you for the suggestion! When another user is added to the chat, no text is sent to the client. Even though the message displays within Speak to log when another user was added to the message room.

Same problem here, some kind of team wide alert on the CRM database that a text message was sent/received, similar to team notices, would certainly be a benefit if the person who sent the message is out.
