    I am new to this program and my boss will update info that I need to adjust, but looking at the timeline only gives the change, but not the contact name or a link to that contact so I can easily correct or add info that was missed.
    In watching a video about the new changes on Redtail it shows contact name, but in our database it does not...

  2. It would be nice if you could relate a contact to an activity or Note on the timeline.
