   Yes!!! Having something like the task system built into MS Outlook would be fantastic. I need reminders for recurring tasks, but i definitely don't need them on my calendar. That is for appointments and phone calls only! Otherwise, when scheduling an appointment, it's easy to mistake a task for an appointment and think you don't have an opening.
