While Retriever for Tailwag is helpful, we have encountered some glitches... mostly, appointments that are already completed (& closed) somehow scheduling a phantom duplicate appointment (after their original one) in ScheduleOnce. This leads to clients getting confirmations for appointments that shouldn't be there. It would be great for ScheduleOnce & Redtail to communicate directly with each other and take out the "middle man."
