Should be able to search with last name first, then first. If you have 100 Smith's then it's annoying to search for. Would be helpful to be able to search Smith, J for John Smith.
Or even better in case you misspell a last name, a search of Sm, J will bring up results for everyone with last name starting with Sm, and first name starting with J
