THIS IS CRITICAL FOR OUR OFFICE. When onboarding, there is an Intake Sheet and New Account Form that Reps MUST fill out. We require Reps to start an onboarding workflow to onboard a client, and step 1 is delivering the 2 forms to the Admin Role. Instead of a 2-step process for the RepL 1) Start Workflow 2) Attach Intake form. We are using a 4+ step process for the Rep and Admin Role: 1) Rep Go to the client 2) Attach a document LOOSELY then 3) Start the workflow 4) Admin Role has to go FIND IT from the client record. This is inefficient! Why can't we simply add documents right to the workflow when a client is linked, and it all stays in one place?
