   The 'Citizenship' field does not appear to print on the 'Confidential Personal Profile' page, and it probably should be.
   Other fields can be added or re-sized or removed, depending on whether we need them or not.
   Multi-record areas (like the Dependents) could be added for things like Activity, compliance issues (which disclosures they have or have not returned, and so on).

   In addition, on the 'Personal Profile Form', the 'STATE' name (2-letter abbreviation) for all of the drivers licenses is always going to be two (2) characters. Move it over (like nearly an inch) closer to the expiration date so that the Driver's License NUMBER can all fit on a single line rather than being split.
