    Maybe create 1-5 different conference room icons (colors, numbers to differentiate); site manager can assign the icons to rooms. Also, consider making various icons for in office/out of office for location or have a variety of icons that would reflect activities, e.g., airplane for travel, podium for conference or presentation, exclamation for needs attention, paper for paperwork needed, green check if meeting is ready, red X if canceled, etc.)
