    Everyone hop on board and let's help add major functionality to the Email History Report.

    -We are currently using RedTail's email archive service.

    -We want our Branch Manager/FA/Owner/RedTail Email Admin(all the same person) to be able to review all electronic 'CLIENT' correspondence for a specified date range for 'ALL CLIENTS'..not just 1 specific client. (ie. the last month) (or for an audit, the last full year).

    -We can currently run an Email History Report for 'ALL EMAILS' that have been journaled to our archive domain. However, MAJOR FLAW, this report pulls all 'Internal Correspondence' and even Marketing/Junk mail that is sent to our work email address' associated with the archive.

    -We're then left to sift through all of this mess just to review 'CLIENT' correspondence for that date range.

    -We would LOVE to see some sort of bulk action report that will allow us to pull/export 'ALL CLIENT' email History into one file for 'ALL CLIENTS' for a specified date range. Without having to cut through all the fat.

    -Let's vote and get this done! It will be extraordinarily beneficial for our branch and I can imagine for yours too!
