   Currently the Redtail Zap "Create New Contact in Redtail CRM" Has the following fields: First name, Last Name, Contact Status, Contact Category, (Contact source shows as an option but does not function properly).

   It would thoroughly help my practice if e-mail and phone numbers were optional fields as well.
