    Today, I'm finding that some of the reviews converted on their own and are giving incorrect next review dates from what the first review date. AND, I have to correct the Know Your Client 3 times before it will keep the correction

    Ditto to everything said above. Zach spent several hours trying to help me with a work-around. The real problem is that what we originally were doing in Redtail was a work-around from our ACT system. We were able to set a client at quarterly, semi-annual, annual, etc. meeting frequency. When the meeting was cleared from the calendar, it automatically re-set so they would come up on the review report the appropriate frequency from their last review meeting. If the next meeting was scheduled past that frequency, they NEVER fell off the report until they were scheduled and the meeting was held and "completed." This system has been very imperfect at best, and now it is nearly impossible. Clients and client meetings are kind of the point with CRM systems, so I think this needs to be a high priority to make some urgent changes in the way Redtail perceives the needs for this system.
