Software Update - Dynamic Web TWAIN HTML5
Please please please update the Redtail Imaging software. You guys are using the Dynamic Web TWAIN HTML5 Edition, version 11.1.831, while Veo uses the newer version 12.3.412. This requires our office to install the new version, upload a check, uninstall the program, and then re-install your version to be able to scan anything to Redtail Imaging afterwards. Life would be so much easier if you would update the software to the newer version. Please.

Imaging - Copying Indexes with Copied Folders
It would be extremely helpful if copying folders from a template folder also copied any indexes that may be attached to those folders or if there was an option to copy indexes with folders.
Another helpful feature would be an option to have sub-folders inherit certain indexes, or apply an index to all sub-folders so that indexes like First Name or Last Name would be consistent throughout without having to assign each folder individually or rename each folder from a template to include info like the client's name.
It would help exponentially with transitioning to Redtail Imaging from another vendor.

Edit after scanning
I would like to be able to edit a pdf in Imaging, specifically to reduce the size of the scan after it is uploaded directly to Redtail. I can do this when I scan to the hard drive and then upload, but not when I scan directly into Imaging.

Provide more/easier alternatives for uploading into folders
Would love automatic backup of certain (client) folders on my local hard drive into Imaging so as not to require a select and upload type of transfer into Imaging. (I do have cloud backup of my entire local hard drive into another service, but would love a seamless integration into Redtail CRM through the Imaging service.)
Or even a right click on a file/folder on my hard drive and have an option to upload into Imaging.
All of the current uploading methods take too much work; too many steps in the workflow. The effort is not worth the benefit of…

Allow folders to be collapsible in Redtail Retriever.
In Redtail Retriever, it would be so helpful to allow all folders to be opened at the same time, instead of clicking through 4 folders to find a document, you could collapse one folder and view every sub folder and document within. This would be EXTREMELY help with navigation and retrieval of documents. I find myself clicking around a lot just to find what I'm looking for, even in a very organized file system.

Imaging Search - Print and/or Export
Applying searchable indexes is a fantastic way to quickly parse through a lot of data and identify only relevant information. However, sometimes we need that information in more than an on screen result. Please add the capability to print the results of an index search in Imaging. Better yet, it would be incredible if we could export that information to a CSV file.

Sorting Images Without an Institutional Index List
There needs to be a way to sort the list alphabetically vs date updated so that you could index all of a clients files quickly. Date uploaded isn't very helpful. The being able to index multiple files at once is a great improvement, but if all the documents aren't together on the same page it makes it more difficult to be efficient.

Make Retriever for Imaging Mac-Compatible
Any progress yet with making Retriever compatible with a Mac for uploading docs into Imaging? Our office is migrating to Macs and it'd be nice to have the quick drop with Retriever when we need to efile a large portion of documents.

Add a "delete a page option" in Imaging prior to uploading.
Sometimes when scanning the scanner may miss feed causing the scanned page to look blurry or cooked, also sometimes it will pull several pages at a time. The choice now is to save messed up or unreadable pages or hit the back button and loose all pages and start over.

Imaging - add the ability to print a list of Large documents
Add the ability to produce a list of LARGE documents in the system. It should show folder/subfolders/document name(including extension), size, date added, and who added it. Allow the user to input the minimum size to make the list. Like all documents over 5mb.

Default Library in Retriever
I would like the ability to set a default library that comes up within Retriever for Imaging. It would be helpful to jump to the library I work with most by default.

Imaging Retriever- add keyboard shortcuts.
I'd like to do things in retriever using keyboard shortcuts-- ctrl+x to cut, ctrl+v to paste, ctrl+n to create a new file. The only keyboard shortcut that works is F2 to rename a document or folder.

Add indexes with "enter" key
...instead of having to click the "+" button, I'd like to add indexes by pressing the enter key. Also, I'd like the cursor to automatically go back to the box it was in before I added the index.
Currently, after we add an index, all of the categories minimize and you have to click to expand the field you need and then click again to get into the text boxes. It would be nice to be able to do this with just the keyboard.

In Retriever for Imaging allow for more tabs across the top or allow the existing tabs to be renamed.
Currently the tabs are labeled Client, Corporate, Unfiled and User Libraries. It would be nice if I could rename them to fit my needs or add be able to add additional tabs.

Ability to add Index from Retriever for Imaging.
It would save me SO MUCH time if I could add institutional indexes from retriever. Maybe as an option with a right-click? I feel like there should be a "quick-index" feature where I can automatically index 4-5 fields (that I can set in my preferences/settings)for faster indexing and bulk uploading.

Eliminate the frequest updates of the "Statistics for All Images" display
When you are working in imaging the "Statistics" display comes up with every step you take (and takes a while to display) . This wastes a lot of time between steps waiting for that to happen. If you are doing a lot of imaging and there is a large group of people using the system you are losing a lot of productive time for information I personally find of little value especially after the initial display.

Add a defult setting to the scan feature in Redtail Imaging
We try to be a very green office so almost all of our office documents are double sided to save paper, I would love to set the Imaging scan feature to the Duplex Mode as a default. Yesterday, I accidentally forgot to check the duplex box and had to double check and re-scan everything. The ability to choose a default would be very helpful and greatly appreciated!
