Review Date Reminders
When a client is changed to termed, inactive or deceased that their client review reminders no longer appear in the calendar.

"Meeting Not Held" button to clear appointments on the calendar
It would be nice to have a "Meeting Not Held" right click button option on the calendar. This will allow us to see that a meeting was originally scheduled but not actually completed for some reason and then have it "clear" on the calendar. It would further be helpful to have another button to "reschedule" the same meeting in the future (though the date & time might change) while keeping the original (cleared) "not held" meeting on the calendar. Adding color coding for advisors
As of now, the color coding technology is in place for categorizing by activity type. I currently work as a registered assistant for 3 different advisors all integrated with Redtail. It would be great if I could color code my calendar by advisor also instead of just by activity type. When I see client meeting pop up I know what type of meeting it is by color but it would much more useful if I knew what advisor it was for instead. Thanks in advance!

Calendar Integration with Calendly
Currently we have to work around 4 different google calendars to get the Calendly feature for scheduling. With the world shifting to digital, is there a possibility of RT integrating with Calendly so our office can have a scheduling system off our 1 CRM calendar?

Birthday calendar reminder on individual user calendar

I keep getting questions about having the Calendly function or other scheduling tool integrating with Redtail. Is this something Redtail is looking into?

Be able to Assign colors on the Calendar by Name of the person completing task
Color code the calendar by being able to assign a color to each person in the office. That way when you are looking at the calendar each person has their own color for their own task

Redtail Scheduling
Just like you guys have Redtail imaging it would be nice to have Redtail scheduling! An integration where clients can go to our websites, or we can send links out via email to schedule appointments. Either a phone call or in office appointment. Client can see set times and dates available and they pick what they want. They can even leave a note about what they want to talk about in their appointment. System would send out a reminder email to the client the day before. Calendly integration--prevent tasks created in Redtail from synching with Google calendar
Calendly integration is GENIUS, however, a key issue with Redtail’s Calendly integration is that Redtail activities categorized as "Task" flow to the Google calendar and appear as a calendar event. NO tasks should flow to Google; Google should be a pass-thru only from Calendly to Redtail’s calendar.
Our business requirement: a solution where clients and prospects can see our calendar availability and schedule/re-schedule their own meetings with us; this is a very high business value to achieving internal efficiencies for our practice and for the client in being self-enabled and increasing their convenience.

Provide a link to client to schedule a meeting during a block of time on calendar
Allows us to create a link to send out to multiple clients allowing them to choose a time slot during a specific period of time to schedule a meeting. Once selected that time slot would disappear from the options to the other clients.

Allow users to select office hours or availability on the calendar.
Please come up with a way for users to add their availability to the calendar.
Some advisors and staff have consistent, but unusual hours (i.e. in the office MWF afternoons and Tuesday mornings). Others have consistently inconsistent hours. Allowing users to add their office hours/availability to the calendar would help, especially with scheduling.
Currently, activities seem to be the best option, but have to be completed or begin to clutter the activity list. My suggestion is to show availability as a vertical bar along the side of a day, color-coded by user. Entering the availability could work just like scheduling…

Customization of Holidays
I see Redtail just added the new Holidays functionality to the calendar.
I good start, but it's still weak.Each December, I add all the holidays for the next year to our calendar.
If there was a way to manually added “our” holidays to the ones you have in there (and possibly remove some of “your” holidays that we don’t want) that would be a good enhancement.

Calendly Integration
I feel like a broken record asking for this but how is there not an integration with Calendly yet? We run our entire calendar through Redtail but we are on the verge of switching to Outlook simply because they have a native integration with Calendly. This would save our team time, money, and resources. There has been "internal discussion" at Redtail about this for some time now but never once have we received a substantive update or any progress. Is there any timeline for this integration? Thank you for your consideration!

Sync Redtail Calendar with Zapier with more options
If there was an api to sync redtail calendar with zapier giving many available fields to then sync the redtail with acuity, calendly, etc.

Calendar reminder function
Calendar entries should have an option to alert multiple ways the user. For instance, a 15-minute alert before a phone call or other task. Important here is there needs to be MULTIPLE ways to alert. The alarm bell in the browser is woefully inadequate. An email reminder would be great, as email notifications get more attention by default. Or some other kind of prominent alarm (that must be dismissed, so harder to miss).

Would like to be able to create a team of attendees for a scheduled event instead of having to list all users in our office.

Carry over activities from previous days to next day so we dont lose if we forget to look back
Any uncompleted activities need to automatically keep carrying over to the next day until they are completed. I lose so many as I forget to go back at previous days and look.
