  1. Telephone app

    Completely get rid of your Telephone App and create a new one. We are new to your system and this is not something I would think that you want as a cutting edge company. If it is not the best, then why do you have this?

  4. Sort/Filter Workflows by target date and owner

    Please update the Workflow list system so we can organize by both Target Date and Owner. Currently, you can only sort by Target Date OR Owner, so our personal workflows are out of order and easily missed on the Target Date. Please add this sorting ability so that we can organize by Target Date and then again by Name (or vice versa). We had this feature before the October 2019 update.

    Create a weekly view for the mobile App that is friendly enough for me to schedule an appointment without having to log in and out. Also, enable face-ID to log in to redtail app.

  7. Activity Filter Dates Next 12 Months / Past Due 12 Months

    Recent updates have caused the Next 12 months filter option (contact record as well as applicable areas within the CRM) to be removed from this dropdown. Would love to have this option back in with an addition of Past due 12 months.

    For birthday reports, please restore calendar date order of birthdays, e.g.,

    11/1, 11/2, 11/3

    vs.

    11/17, 11/3, 11/27

    We want our clients to receive their birthday greetings on time.

  9. Improving the contact notes by allowing me to set 'defaults' for the categories section of the Notes filter

    I tag all of the notes I enter after client meetings or other issues as 'client notes' or 'client conversation notes'. I would like to be able to make those two categories my default for the notes section so that I do not have to reset them every time I look at a new client.

  11. Ability to drag and move note box like we used to be able to do.

    Ability to drag and move note box like we used to be able to do. This is very helpful when putting a new note and needing to look at a previous note for data. Our team would really appreciate this being added back! Thank you for your help!

  12. Today's Overview Update 10/17/19 is excessive and not user friendly.

    The page should be a place to summarize your activities-the recent update has added far too much information in a nonsensical way-please provide a way for users to go to their preferences and change this page back to an overview.

    The notes section of two of my open activities are fully displaying on the main activities and I don't know how to minimize it down.

  17. Recent Activities Tab

    I would love to see a "Recent" or "Recent Activities" tab on the Today page in the list of tabs that would show the most recent 20 or 30 actions that have been viewed/opened by the user. Often I will edit or view a task, change the date it's due for follow-up, then have something happen an hour later that I want to document in the same task, but it's now hard to find because it's scheduled for more than a month out or I don't remember exactly which contact it was under.   18. Can we create an option to customize the membership field so I can more accurately identify the relationships between my contacts?

    My clients have relationship with many other contacts in my database. Some are family. Some are professionals like accountants and attorneys. Sometimes I refer my client to another, non-related business. I would like the membership section to be more flexible so I can more accurately document these.

  19. Mobile App Calendar

    On the mobile app, you should be able to swipe from one day to the next, and from one calendar to the month, instead of clicking the arrow. Current functionality does not seem very intuitive

  20. Viewing Past Due Client Activity

    I would appreciate a default setting for activities where when viewing a client's activities, I can see all of the open activities whether they are past due or not without having to re-filter.
