Ability to add spouse DOB and edit spouse status from the Add Contact screen
Currently if you want to add a spouse DOB or change them from a Not Specified contact to a Prospect-Spouse, for example, you have to wait until you are done creating the contact and them open the spouse's profile separately to add that information. It would be nice to eliminate this step by allowing that info to be entered at the same time you create the initial contact. The previous version had this capacity and it changed with the new version.

Anytime you upload a husband and wife at the same time, any info loaded for one contact should automatically feed into the other contact as well-to avoid redundant entering and save time.

When I enter a new contact in to Redtail, I am fill in the "new contact" data intake form (my words for it. After I save that contact, when I want to look for information on the contact, the original baseline information I entered is put (split) in to many different areas - contact card, contact details, etc. It would be cool if there was an icon in the contact record that when clicked, would bring up the "new contact" date entry screen (populated) for the contact. You could review all info for the contact one one page and then more easily edit their info as it is all presented. Once saved, that info would update contact details, etc on the contacts main page. Call/email me to discuss further if you want.

Please at least have a field for date of birth and social security number (information we'd need for beneficiary information)

Yes! I would love for status, source, category, servicing advisor, writing advisor, client since date, etc. to be transferred over, or give us the option to transfer it over, when creating the contact.

Yes, it'd be great if status, category, and marital status can be copied over from main contact to spouse's contact under "add a new contact individual" screen. Thanks!

Yes, need to remove the extra clicks to add status of spouse as well.

There's enough room on the page to add another column to the right for the Spouse's info. It would be sooo helpful to be able to enter ALL the contact info for a couple in one fail swoop.

Allow you to enter the spouses SS # and DOB on the same page when you are entering the primary contact. Presently you have to save the primary contact and then go back to the spouse to enter that information.

I would like to be able to add keywords from the Add New Client form.

Could not agree more. When entering a new family or even an individual client, it would be much more efficient to enter everything in one form. Further, if the data entry form could be printed, you would know what information is still needed.

Especially for spousal information. It would make sense to have fields for a spouse's gender, phone number, work address & email address in the Add a New Client form instead of having to edit the spouse after the new "Individual" is created.

Just more fields in general: more addresses, more phones, full spousal and employer information..

I would also like to see all of the status and category information carry over to the spouse record if you are putting it in at the same time as head of household. There too you have to go back and edit that record to show all of that info. You get 2 votes from me on this!

when adding a spouse there should be an option to add all the contact information the same as the original record.

When adding new contacts, it would be helpful to enter all information from one screen. As it is designed now, we have to create the contacts and can only enter a handful of information, save the contact, then open the contact to enter the additional information. Too many steps.
