Remove Email by Contact Report
We would like each employee to be an email admin so that they can view client emails even if they were not included on the email. However, admin access gives them the ability to view all emails (every email sent or received from any of our employees) using the email by contact report. We only want access to emails that are included in the email history under a contact record...not emails that might be sent from our firm's President to share holders, or emails sent to the Compliance Officer!!

Also, when in any Contact record, when in Email History and clicking on Search you can see any and all emails sent in and out by all the Email Admins. Everyone needs Email Admin to see all Contact record emails HOWEVER, everyone should NOT be able to view everyone else's emails as many of them are not even related to any Contact record. Please remove this Search!

Seems like a DBO-level "Manage user rights" option that would allow the DBO to turn off this report for specific users so it returned no data for them (or posted message for "No access to report".
