Renewal Calendar Reminder
I am in the health insurance business, and we have renewal dates for the health policies. The account platform is great to put the account information, carrier, product type, and renewal date in. The only issue I have with this is when you put the renewal date in, it doesn't populate a reminder in the calendar. I was wondering if this feature could be added. Right now I have to run a report with the renewal dates, and then add them to the calendar as recurring activities. This leaves a lot of room for human error. This added feature would increase productivity! Thank you for considering this issue! :)
