Job Title listed under Linked Contact Is in Membership
Under Membership, the Employer/Employee can we instead have the Linked Contact be their Job Title? This way my Wholesalers are listed as such under membership instead of just being an Employee.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Please add Job Title under Memberships. It would be more helpful than Category. When a company's Memberships are shown, we do not know which person to click on for the reason we are calling. For example, if we want to call the VP Sales, we do not know which person is the VP Sales.

This is extremely important. We deal with internals, externals, product specialists, customer service specialists, underwriters. In a large company, I can have a dozen members. It would be immensely helpful to be able to see who does what. And who to replace when personnel at their company changes (internals seem to change quite a bit).

Memberships should show up on each contact record at the bottom like they used to. If you hover over it should list their phone number and contact info.
Thanks!

We would also like the ability to add job title to the membership tab. Some contacts have 40 members and it is hard to figure who is who without the job title. Please add this feature! We would appreciate it so much.

Memberships should have a field showing the contact title and/or department -

I spoke with Jenny today and she said she has heard about this several times. I do not think you need to substitute the Linked contact field with Job title though. It looks like there is plenty of real estate to just add job title field. This way, when i look at the employer, i can tell the person's actual role with the employer and select the correct person i need to contact. Wholesaler for a product company is a great example. If we have 10 contacts at a company and they all present as Employer/Employee and I need to contact the wholesaler (who presumably i don't know, because I am new here) then i have to click through to each individual linked contact to find that out. Make sense? I see this suggestion is old..please consider this modification. Thank you

This would also be great with my Broker Dealer. Now I would know that Joe Smith is head of compliance and Joe Smith Sr is in Suitability.

I would like to see membership roles be editable. One feature that would be beneficial would be "former employer/employee". It would be nice to mark that when a SIMPLE participant leaves a company, but still has their account (not able to be moved due to timing), and therefore, is still part of the membership.
Including their job role in the membership tab would be very beneficial as well!

I think we would prefer that the employer is not automatically added as a membership by Redtail. As noted above, you can't edit it. We might want the link to read "Employee-Active Participant" instead of just employee. It doesn't make sense for us to manually add another membership so that we can get the information we want attached to the record. It would be better if the auto added membership were editable, but it would still be instantly deleted if the employee changed jobs - which is not what we want. We should be able to choose whether the company membership is removed or modified to reflect a new type of association.

When you add an individual to Redtail and you enter their employer. As a result, a "membership" is created The problem is...
1. These memberships are not "editable" under memberships
2. If you delete the employer from the contacts profile and add the membership from the employer page the way you want it..The employer doesn't show under the individuals profile.
