Hi Shane,
In Leapfrog, inline editing is largely available throughout the application. If you're not using Leapfrog for Redtail access, you can log in to your database here:smf.crm.redtailtechnology.com
If you are using Leapfrog, and there are particular fields you are talking about where this capability is not present, please let us know and we'll look into those areas to see if this functionality is feasible for those fields.

There aren't yet instructions for adding UDFs in Leapfrog, but you can see these instructions for adding UDFS in Redtail Classic:http://helpdesk.redtailtechnology.com/crm/?id=10974

I think that the accounting software of choice for most small businesses is Quickbooks. That being said I think it would be important enough for there to be some type of integration with Quickbooks. I am told that internally Redtail already has some type of integration for themselves. I am not sure if this is a factual statement. I am currently using the 30 day free trial and trying to sell it to my partners. If this integration would be made available it would be a no brainer for my partners and our business to become full time customers of Redtail. I look forward to the possibility of some sort of integration. Thank you
If you use Outlook, this is currently possible. It requires that you use Retriever for the Desktop to sync to Outlook and also set up the Zimbra Connector for Outlook. Further, this will allow you to sync the data to your iPhone or Android devices. Full details can be found here:
