An error occurred while saving the comment Eva Jennings commentedI think this is an important feature as it pertains to automations and linking workflows to activities for with multiple linked contacts. You have to manually add linked contact to the automated workflows since they are triggered via the creation; very annoying.

An error occurred while saving the comment Eva Jennings commentedMy work around for this has been to save and clone the recurring activity. If there is an automation set up, cloning will trigger the workflow(s). Then I delete the original activity by clicking the back button on the browser to go back to the original activity to make sure I delete the correct one. This way the workflows are still connected to the activity and you don't have to manually add them to the client.

Along the same lines, to be able to code some other identifiable variable into the workflow name like client name, account number, linked activity subject or just a date for automated workflows. A random number would even help like the workflow ID. There are dropdowns lists in several places where you can't distinguish between the workflows generated by an automation because they all have the same name.
I imagine being able to put something in the template workflow name - code variables; something like "Send Account Documents to {Linked Client} - {Date}"
