    WHY DOESNT EMPLOYERS INFO GO TO LASERAPP? AND WHY DOESNT LASERAPP FEED FROM THE MEMBERSHIP AND JUST THE FAMILY SET UP?

    having us just use the ones on document is not enough you need to add alot more merge fields. spouse first and last names together just like using "name" for the contacts field.
    Date just using month and day but not year so you can send a Birthday letter just having Month and Day. you need alot more than what you have listed
