    This is a big issue in our office as well. People who go over the 90 day limit get dropped from the system.

    It really needs to act like the "past due activities"...that is, unless it's complete it stays on the list.

    Would this be an easy fix for the redtail admins?

    Yes please. We literally have 15 years of email history that was just imported from our Goldmine DB. Please know that we don't care if we can't "delete" emails, but the ability to increase RT usability is of utmost importance to us. If we could 'hide' the spam that would help us out a ton.

  4. We need the ability to identify emails that are not linked to a contact record.
