This is our situation exactly and it must be fixed ASAP! We don't rely on Redtail for email archiving for compliance purposes and there are management related emails and an offer letter sitting in the email archive for everyone at the firm to see!

Yes, we have management related emails that the Administrator (me) needs to have the option to remove from the record. These are confidential HR related emails being stored in a record that every employee at our firm can now view which is completely inappropriate. This flexibility needs to be added ASAP.
