    This suggestion has been suggested in the past with not much activity. Workflows are a great tool but....... How are we expected to see what has been created, revise and debug a workflow, and review the steps and outcomes if we can't print out the entire diagram? Come on Redtail, let's see some action here.

    We need to be able to print out our workflow templates, compete with steps, tasks, and outcomes. As it is now, the only workflow printouts we can get are for active workflows. Why is there no option to print our templates so they can be reviewed and noted with amendments? It would also make it easier if we could have a printout to show other advisors what we have created so they can determine if they would like a copy of it.

    Need to be able to print out the templates, complete with outcomes. How else will we see what we've created, where the problems are, and what needs to be fixed?

    It's great that we can print out a diagram of a workflow that is active and assigned to a client but why can't we also print out a diagram of all the workflows we've created? It would be helpful if we were able to so they could be analyzed and notes made to improve the template. Print screen of a template is not a complete solution as the potential outcomes and actions are not visible.

    I may have missed it but I don't see where this is any option to print or create a report that shows the beneficiaries of client accounts. We need to run reports showing who are IRA and TOD beneficiaries. Creating a custom export does not work as those fields are not available for selection. How was this issue missed?

    With so many households dropping land lines, mobile phone numbers are increasing becoming more important. As it stands, we have to copy the mobile number to the home number field in order to get a merge. This needs to be corrected! As usual, this issue has been under review since 2014 and no movement made in over 3 years!

    Would it be possible to give us the ability to add shading to the calendar to highlight the weekends. It would give clarity to the monthly calendar.

    First review date should be re-named "Last Review Date" - also need to able to manually enter a date - makes no sense to pick a day or date based on an arbitrary one month, two month, etc (So I pick an actual date and it falls on a a Saturday or Sunday, what then?). I understand the need to create automation but it doesn't fit every client - give us the option to enter a date manually.

    I realize this is a request that had been declined in the past but it is an issue, especially with a professional contact. I have a number of contacts that work out of their home and only provide an email address and phone number as contact but will also note the city/state. Currently I have to enter "no address" in the first address box to take the rest of the location.

    New format for adding activities is an improvement but we still need to be able to add multiple contacts on the first screen. It is a waste of time to have to add the activity and then add the additional contacts.

    When adding multiple contacts to an activity it would be helpful if we could click on the contacts at one time before saving - if we are adding a husband and wife you have to add the first contact then select add contact to get the next one added - can't we search and highlight multiple contacts at one time and add them with a single click?

    Or is this done with an automation? You complete the new client workflow (on-boarding workflow, initial appt workflow - whatever you want to call it) and now you need to start a new account workflow, hourly consult workflow, financial plan workflow - whatever the new client came to you for. It seems to be basic that one workflow may lead into another.

    Memberships need to be move visible as we use that to identify adult children - should be able to see the family tree from the main screen.

    The membership (or relationship) box needs to show up on the main page - we use memberships to note the relationships of other adult family members and trust accounts- we shouldn't have to click two or three more times to move between the relationships!

    You can easily create this in the UDF field - add a field for the current year RMD amount and a field for systematic Y/N
