I haven't tried this yet, but through zapier you can integrate with Redtail.
https://zapier.com/apps/bombbombcom/integrationsI would appreciate being able to just integrate it through Redtail instead though.
Have the next steps been determined?Here is how to embed videos in an email. But seamless integration would be helpful.

Do these suggestions ever get addressed???
If they do, some follow-up would be beneficial!!!
Currently it seems that making any suggestions are a waste of time!
Automations and Workflows could be very useful tools within Redtail but are currently USELESS because of the lack of attention to these suggestions to make them actually work for the customer!
