I agree, but expand that to allow any view to flag a post-it. For example, in Download files, let us tag a post it so we can say hings like "this is a test" or "save for 30 days"

Post it comments would also be priceless anywhere because so many field just have no place for explanation. An address might be old, or for statements only. A date of passing might be a guestimate, etc.

Probably not easy, but following Word, editing tool or Acrobat's comment features.

    Thanks

Can you add a feature to automate a Custom Export (or report) by scheduling a date and (approx) time???

For example, on 10/1/22 I will run a custom export with account numbers and values, which would represent the month end values for 9/30/22.

But, If I am not here, or forget, or that even occurs on a weekend it would be nice to be able to SCHEDULE it to occur.

That said, I do realize there is the matter of filters that might be associated, but actually, if the routine simply executed the export on the entire Book it would be fine.

I agree with Annie, and I would ADD

    1. ADD the Ativity SUBJECT or an customizable email SUBJECT for the notification email so it is searchable, and sortable, and clear in email of the recipient(s).

    2. Provide the LINK as Annie suggests (this would seem a MUST)

    3. CODE the fact one can REPLY to the notification email with something useful, so it either goes into CRM or to the team involved.

    Thanks
