I agree with the speaker icon next to the name for pronunciation, but when you click it then it would show the pronunciation typed out (not like someone is going in there and recording the current pronunciation). I currently type pronunciation out for certain clients in quotes and then have to delete it on reports when I run them, esp on email reports.
