    When email is sent to five employees of a company, the email is posted 5 times. Would like to be able to determine where something is posted and use keywords. When looking for an old email in Redtail, there is no way to search for a subject matter, at least as far as I can see. You have to scan through all the emails in the contact file.

    Can you please allow us to delete an item that posted in the e-mail history. We have many e-mails that have posted and are no longer necessary, some are spam and we need to delete them.
