I see that this has been a comment from 2017. Has there been any headway on this? We have more than 3 roles here at the firm and I have one person who is dual roled currently but we are hiring and I would like to add more roles.

If there could be a quick button to also add to a running list from the activity page by linked notes that could continuously add to a to-do list from different activites/meetings

Workflow tasks that are not completed on the assigned day should float to the next day so as to not be forgotten and the person is reminded to do them until they are completed. This would be helpful as not all assigned tasks will be done on the exact day as you could be waiting on a client to send back documents or someone was out sick and couldn't get it done.
