We have a client who is contracting with us and all her confidential emails are showing up in redtail that have nothing to do with her account. we need the ability to delete them. the only solution is to delete her email address which poses an issue as all her "client emails" are no longer there. once she isn't contracting for us, she would have to set up a new email address. this is a terrible experience.
