Provide a quick preview of imaged documents.
in the imaged documents, it would be great if I could see a quick preview of the document as you can do with a split screen view in windows. that way you would not have download the file to view it.

It would be very helpful to have a document preview pane feature for Imaging while in Redtail CRM.

When clicking on a document to view, Redtail downloads and saves the file locally on your hard drive. Usually the download folder.
The problem is the download folder is not a temporary folder. And unless the user deletes the file after viewing it, it’s still there. Now imagine if you use a public computer or leave your PC unlocked. Any person can navigate to the download folder and view the PDF. To me this is a major security issue that they need to address.
Imaging needs to have a native document browser or make it so the file does not save to the drive unless the user request to save the file. Similar to ShareFile by Citrix.
