An error occurred while saving the comment In the automation templates, it would be great to have "Tab Groups" available in the Set Field Action Type. For example, trigger event set to contact added, add to tag group "ABC123". Or new email added, add to tag group FMGsuites.

An error occurred while saving the comment When clicking on a document to view, Redtail downloads and saves the file locally on your hard drive. Usually the download folder.
The problem is the download folder is not a temporary folder. And unless the user deletes the file after viewing it, it’s still there. Now imagine if you use a public computer or leave your PC unlocked. Any person can navigate to the download folder and view the PDF. To me this is a major security issue that they need to address.
Imaging needs to have a native document browser or make it so the file does not save to the drive unless the user request to save the file. Similar to ShareFile by Citrix.
The Zapier integration could be so much better and be useful. Right now is missing so much interaction and fields. For example, the new activity details field does not transfer because of the way the Redtail wizard processes the Activity. Also, there is not First Name or Last Name linked to the activity so no one knows who its for. Please revisit the Zapier integration and make it usable.
