How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. include Created Date in the task report so that we can know the aging of open tasks for a team. Now we must call it in to request data.

  2. I would like to be able to search for appointments I have scheduled for myself ( for people that are not redtail clients)

    add a report in activities; assigned to me by me.

  3. Add Activity Date colum to Contact Last Activity Report

    When running the "Contact Last Activity Report" it only shows the activity completion date, adding a colum for the actual activity date would helpful, especially if you are late marking activities complete.

  4. Confidential Personal Profile PDF Naming Convention

    I love your Confidential Personal Profile PDF. Is there any way that the default name for it could incorporate the client’s name instead of just “personalprofileform.pdf”? In other words, it would automatically produce a PDF named something like “John Doe Personal Profile”. Otherwise, I have to go through the trouble of renaming every Profile pdf I produce.

  5. Report Disclosures Editablility

    Report disclosures:
    1) Should only be editable by Administrative users
    2) Should have the ability to change font size due to various lengths of disclosures (or so font isn't same size as the rest of the report)
    3) Should be standard length of characters among all reports (one report current allows 6 lines of text whereas another report allows 8 lines of text)

  6. Account by contact and owner

    I would like to export an account list with all the contacts associated with that the account, specifically a row per contact/owner. When I need to issue statements this export provides that data on who get what statement. An example being an organization or trust that statements get issued to multiple people
