    Can we get a report that shows what tag groups a client is connected to? perhaps a custom email template that will list all the tags for a client in one place instead of having to run multiple reports based on a tag group search.

  3. Custom Report to Track Accounts Held Away

    We have added accounts held away to our database and have marked them as such. However, reporting features including the Custom Export Template do not allow us to filer or differentiate between the assets under management and assets held away. Please add a field that allows us to differentiate between the two on reports.

  4. Household Address Export

    We would like to be able to generate an Excel export for households' addresses so that when we are creating mailing labels, we do not have duplicate addresses for both husband and spouse.

  5. Search for a particular word that is NOT included in a note

    Search for a particular word that is NOT included in a note. Currently, I can search for a particular word that I would like to find, filter for the account type, the category, and red tail will find a list of contacts that has that particular word within a timeframe for a particular contact. I would like to reverse that and find contacts that do NOT have a particular word with the same search criteria as above.

  7. contact status per advisor report

    Please create a report where you can pull the contact status (i.e. Active Client) per advisor, along with the AUM, rather than having to export it to a spreadsheet

  8. Account - Payment Info as a Reportable Field

    It would be very helpful if Payment Info was a searchable field within Account Reports.

    ex: Account Reports - Payment Info - 'Regular Investment Amount' is NOT empty

    This would be helpful for all payment fields, as it is a way to easily run total transaction reports.

  9. Accounts by Payment Info as a Query-able Field

    It would be helpful if 'Payment Info' was a Field within account reports. Even something simple, like [Account Reports - Payment Info - Regular Investment Account is NOT 'empty'] would be helpful for tracking client activity.

  10. Personal Profile Form

    We use this for appointments however, on page 2 (which lists all of the individuals in the household) it lists the account with each value BUT it does not give us a total. Please add a total. We can get it under Portfolio holdings but it doesn't list who the account belongs to. So, I would have to go in an ADD ownership info to EACH account. Seems like it would be easy to add a total!

  11. Workflows Report Columns: Advisor and Creation Date

    We would like to see additional columns on the Workflows Report including an advisor column (who the client is assigned to in their profile) as well as a "date created" column, and a column indicating which user created the ticket.

    We need a report that will allow us to report on all user activity. We use Redtail to track our internal processes, so I would like to be able to pull one report showing all of the activity that a user has done, including: Activities created/completed, notes created/commented, workflows created and completed, workflow tasks created and completed, login dates/times, etc.

    If the action taken is linked to a contact, I would want to know which contact it was linked to.

  15. Duplicate Contact Name Report - Process Time

    As a Redtail CRM User , I want the Duplicate Contact Name Report to process combine functionality quickly within 5-10 seconds. If a user refreshes the list, the combine function needs to show quickly on the report.

    Currently state: Select the two records to combine, select the primary, select ok. Next wait 30 sec to 1 min for the process to work on the backend. If you refresh early then the combine functionality does not work and you have to do the process again. As a user with almost 8000 duplicates, this will take me around 150-200 hours to complete.

  16. Duplicate Contact Report - Freeze Header

    As a Redtail CRM User, I want the Report header including the column headers and combine, filter, export, pdf, and search functions to stay at the top of the page regardless of page scrolling. This is to allow the user to scroll through the list and combine contacts as needed without having to scroll to the top of the page to select combine. The result will be a better user experience and time saved from scrolling.

  17. Generate a report based on client category

    For segmenting reasons, it would be nice to generate a report to show how much time we spent with certain clients based on their category/segmentation.

  18. Add a Writing Advisor tab to the No Contact (Fiduciary) report

    When you go to run the "No Contact (Fiduciary)" report, you can't filter the options by servicing advisor. There is no tab that shows which advisor in your team hasn't had contact with which client for you to run a report on.

  19. Ability to run SQL queries on database
