Zendesk
I hire Redtail as my CRM vendor. Redtail outsources the helpdesk ticket system. Very odd that a vendor that embraces seamless integration requires me to have yet another username and password to follow their tickets. Especially when Redtail offers single sign on for other outside vendors. Please integrate.

Interactive Brokers
Would it be possible to add an Interactive Brokers integration? Something to automatically pull information from Interactive Brokers onto Redtail CRM?

Sharepoint Integration
We're using Microsoft Sharepoint in our office to aid in company-wide communications and keep everyone on the same page for multi-user projects and events. It would be very helpful if RedTail were set up to integrate with Sharepoint so that tasks assigned in Sharepoint showed up on our RedTail calendar. This would prevent us from having to enter them in RedTail after already entering them in SharePoint.

Integrate with Fillable PDF's
Is there a way we can add an inegration for fillable PDF's the same way we are able to send client contact information over to Laserapp?

LinkedIn - Contact Import
Be able to choose contacts and their information imported from LinkedIn or other sites to the CRM without having to manually enter in people information.
For example. I'd be able to click the names of people I'm connected with in LinkedIn to be able to be uploaded to the CRM as potential leads for me to contact

Active Campaign
We would like to see a collaboration with an automated marking solution, like Active Campaign, that is updated with our Redtail contacts. We currently have to update our RT contacts and our automated marketing contact lists independently which is redundant.

Facebook - Contact Sync
There is an iPhone program called SmartSync that grabs data from FB and adds things like pictures, birthdays, websites, and address. It would be amazing to be able to have RedTail sync with FB. Here is a link to the iPhone app. I'll also tweet something to your twitter account.
Have someone download the app and try on their iPhone (and hopefully it is someone who uses iCloud and OS X) and sync their address book with FB. I think you will be really amazed and how well this program works. This is would be a giant value add to…

Delete dictation after added to note or activity
Our office is trying the mobile assistant application. When notes are uploaded to redtail, you have the option to save them but they stay on your homepage until you delete them. It would be great if they disappeared once the note was saved. Having to delete the note causes confusion if the note was saved.

Backfill any information entered into Laserapp (back to Redtail CRM)
Right now, if we discover some missing information, we have to go back to Redtail to add it, because if we add it in Laserapp, it doesn't update the CRM database. It would be helpful if it automatically backfilled into Redtail.

FMG Suite integration
In syncing contacts to FMGSuite, we need to see Quicklist Tags. Not just Tag Groups. Since Tag Groups are static, they are of limited usefulness for the purpose of identifying categories to send emails to. Since Quicklists are dynamic, I can count on the correct client records being in given Quicklists.

Better integration with note-taking apps
I need a way for handwritten notes in either OneNote or Evernote to integrate to RT. Evernote only synches typed notes and RT will not import handwritten notes which are saves as PNG files. This makes this entire integrates useless since we, and many others now, take notes on a tables w/ stylus. OneNote doesn't have any integration, but would need the same fx. Either will do.

Redtail should push Drivers License data to Smartworks Government ID data fields.
I should never have to enter the same data more than once on any Redtail integrated product.

Retirement Plan Advisory Group™ (RPAG™) Integration
RPAG offers a retirement practice management solution. Because retirement plans are a significant component to some advisor practices, the integration between Redtail and RPAG would be a significant administrative time saver on setup (RT to RPAG for new clients) and ongoing management. I encourage RT to review RPAG solution for potential integration.

eFile Cabinet
eFile Cabinet offers a simple cost effective online data storage similar to RedTail Imaging. However, one key difference is eFile Cabinet Online allows for "private key encryption" so no one at the data storage facility can view client documents. I would love to see the best in class CRM (Redtail) integrate with this best in class for security online data storage service.

eMoney Observations and Next Steps in Redtail
It would be great to be able to see the Observations and Next Steps section for the eMoney software in our redtail platform. We use the Observations section for our high-level finanacial planning recommendations. Further, we use the Next Steps to list action items for both the client and advisor to complete. It would be great to see these two sections on the client card, especially right before our advisors make a call to the client in order to be abreast of their planning status.
