I hire Redtail as my CRM vendor. Redtail outsources the helpdesk ticket system. Very odd that a vendor that embraces seamless integration requires me to have yet another username and password to follow their tickets. Especially when Redtail offers single sign on for other outside vendors. Please integrate.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

It would be nice if we didn't have to sign in multiple times when clicking thru from the Redtail CRM pull down menus under Resources.
It seems silly that I have to respond to a confirmation email when submitting a help ticket, because I forgot to sign in again, when I reached the help ticket screen from inside Redtail.
Actually, the same goes for Suggest A Feature or Enhnacement. Had to sign in here seperately as well.
I get that these sites can be reached outside of Redtail, but when they are accessed via a click-thru, the sign in should be automatic.

Automatically log a person into the Helpdesk when they select Submit a Help Ticket while logged into Redtail.
