"Today" Button on Calendar
Please, please, PLEASE bring back the "today" button on the calendar. I know that I can still access it through the little calendar icon and then clicking today, but I know I am not the only one that uses that button a ton and would prefer to have it easily accessible and not hidden.

Color coding for Employees/Advisors
We are needing a way to color code per our advisors/employees, not just for different activities. Is anything planned for this??

calendar color coding each calendar user
Have a different color for each calendar user - For example - my supervisor and I share calendars - to know which calendar items are mine and which are hers - would be nice if we could use a different color to distinguish between the two. Also, can the color be changed for each task/appointment without changing the color of the entire calendar?

Adding color coding for advisors
As of now, the color coding technology is in place for categorizing by activity type. I currently work as a registered assistant for 3 different advisors all integrated with Redtail. It would be great if I could color code my calendar by advisor also instead of just by activity type. When I see client meeting pop up I know what type of meeting it is by color but it would much more useful if I knew what advisor it was for instead. Thanks in advance!

Color Code by Advisors in the Office.
It would be extremely helpful and convenient if we were able to color code our calendars by the advisors/representatives in our offices, that way at just a glance we could see who has a meeting and when. Currently we have to hover over or click on the appt. to see which advisor will be in the appt.

setting calendar colors by employee
One calendar is used for 10 employees - would be helpful if we had an option to set colors by employee vs categories etc.

It would be most helpful to be able to color code appointments by who's appointment is noted (who, meaning person in our office).
I make appointments for several people in our office. It would be helpful if they could be color coded so at a glance I could pick out who's appointment is whose.

Color code Appointments by Servicing Advisor
It would be great if administrators could opt-in to having the system color code appointment activities on the calendar by servicing advisor.

Allow Color Coding on the Calendar by Advisor/Employee
It would be nice to be able to color code our calendar by the person the task is assigned to rather than the type of appointment. I know others like the status quo so if there would be a way to choose between both features that would help out our company nicely.
1,721 votesCompleted · AdminMatthew Smith (Product Manager at Redtail Technology, Redtail Technology) respondedWe gave users the ability to color code the attendees to an activity via bubbles on an activity. If users dont want to leverage the bubbles there is an option in the preferences menu named "Allow Attendee Bubble View" which can be disable the bubbles and go back to a "Classic" version of the calendar.
