Adding color coding for advisors
As of now, the color coding technology is in place for categorizing by activity type. I currently work as a registered assistant for 3 different advisors all integrated with Redtail. It would be great if I could color code my calendar by advisor also instead of just by activity type. When I see client meeting pop up I know what type of meeting it is by color but it would much more useful if I knew what advisor it was for instead. Thanks in advance!

We released the ability to color code the invitees on an activity so it's easier to view the employees/ CRM users who are associated with an activity.

You can have a separate unique activity type for Client Meeting-Advisor A could be red, Client Meeting- Advisor B is blue, etc.

We created activity types specified for each advisor's meetings and those are all color coded (Advisor A Meeting - red, Advisor B Meeting - yellow, etc). You can literally add whatever activity types you'd like in order to accommodate your needs.

Alternatively, we have several employees and would like to standardize the colors for all employees. This is unnecessarily laborious. Could there be firm-wide templates for color coding?
